Eyres Pit - Closed Until Further Notice

Eyres Pit is closed until further notice.

This is due to a recent water test and finding out the water's ammonia levels are dangerous. We have recently found out the sewer has been leaking into the stream and into the lake, so for the fishes safety the best decision is to close the lake so the fish can have time to rest and not have the extra bait being thrown in and anglers catching them.

We hope you respect our decision and a notice will go up once the lake re opens.
